Mr Marcus Vass
Marcus is a Partner in Bird & Bird's Hong Kong/Beijing office. He is a well known commercial and regulatory technology and telecommunications specialist in Asia. Marcus has worked with fixed line, cellular/mobile, satellite and sub sea cable operators as well as hardware and telecoms service providers. He advises on major communications law projects in Hong Kong, China and elsewhere in Asia.
