Mr James Lau
As the Director of Business Development in ProTel Communications, James is responsible for the development activities in the Financial Services Industries and Corporate Markets. He has more than 30 years experience and exposure in the IT/Telecommunications industry with in depth knowledge including roles in telecommunications management, engineering and operations support, sales and systems engineering, project management and consultation. His current focus is in the IP Telephony, IMS, FMC and Call Center applications.
Prior to joining ProTel, James was the Head of the Regional Voice Operations of Citigroup for Asia Pacific and was responsible for the strategic direction, planning, implementation, operations support of the voice infrastructure. He had spent more than 23 years working for Citi. He has also worked for Northern Telecom and Bell Northern Research in Canada prior to joining Citi in Hong Kong.
