Mr David Werner
David Werner has spent his career working in technological forefronts, in fields as varied as digital diagnostic imaging, industrial numeric controls, data centers, business contingency planning, and wired and wireless telecommunications. He has been working throughout Asia since 1988.
David's first job in Hong Kong was in 1989 when he created a wide area network inter-connecting nuclear medicine departments for the Hospital Authority. Since that time he has worked on a variety of IT, telecom and construction-related projects, including building a portfolio-wide telecommunication infrastructure for Hongkong Land that won the Intelligent Community Forum's Intelligent Building of the Year Award.
David sits on the executive committees of the Hong Kong Telecommunications Users Group and the World Teleport Association. He has authored works on managing telecommunication infrastructure and deregulation published by Nomura Research, McGraw Hill and MCB University Press. He established InnerWireless Asia Ltd. in March 2004 to focus solely on the development of large-scale in-building wireless infrastructure.
